A couple weeks I bought a box of 450 – 4.5″ x 4-7/8″ containers for uppotting my seedlings.

Today I ordered 432 – 4.5″ x 5-1/4″ pots in which to grow vegetable sets. I like the smooth sides and am hoping the sets will slide out more easily, with less jostling of the roots at transplant time.

I also ordered 260 – 300 Series containers (6 3/8″ x 7 1/4″ classified as 1 gal, but actually only holds 3 qt) for uppotting smaller plants.

Finally, for me, I ordered me a scoop so that I can move larger quantities of soil into the pots without packing soil under my nails or breaking pots trying to scoop up soil to pour into other containers. I would have rathered one that had the handle molded into the scoop, but I’m too lazy to look at any more websites for what I really wanted.
